INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
Tender No: NA/T/010/2024-2025
1. The National Assembly invites sealed tenders for the provision of repair, maintenance, supply
and delivery of Kitchen Equipment for a period of two (2) years renewable annually subject
to satisfactory performance.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender
documents during office hours, 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of non-refundable fees of Kenya shillings One thousand in cash or Banker’s Cheque and
payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the
Website www.parliament.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the commission website
www.parliament.go.ke or from the Public Procurement Information portal www.tenders.go.ke
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurementna@parliamentary.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Ksh.100,
0000(Hundred thousand Kenya shillings) in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee from a
reputable bank in Kenya and valid for 154 days from the date of tender opening.
7. chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 20th February, 2025 at
11.00 am (Kenyan time).
