NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADE AT TOM MBOYA UNIVERSITY

1. Tom Mboya University invites sealed tenders for the Network Infrastructure Maintenance And
Upgrade At Tom Mboya University
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

4. In case tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for
one or more lots”. N/A
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours between 8:00 to 5:00 pm the address given below.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of
a non- refundable fees of Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only (Kshs 1,000) in cash or Banker’s
Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically
from the University website www.tmu.ac.ke or https://tenders.go.ke Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (https://tenders.go.ke) or
www.tmu.ac.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately
to po@tmu.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. Tenderers are required to fill and sign the tender securing declaration form in the format provided.
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00am MONDAY 24TH
FEBRUARY 2025.
11. Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
13. Late tenders will be rejected.
14. A tender Security of KES 120,000.00 must accompany all Tenders
