1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that
   appeared in United Nations Development Business (UNDB) online on 18th December 2018.
2. The Government of Kenya has received a loan from African Development Bank to finance
   the Green Zones Development Support Project-Phase II and intends to apply part of the
   proceeds procure consultancy services for Environmental and Social Audit to assess the level of
   compliance of the project with the applicable E&S requirements and compliance management
   plans. The audit will focus specifically on assessing the extent of compliance with the financial
   agreements provisions, including national legislations, regulations, standards and procedures,
   the Bank’s environmental and social requirements and International Industrial Best Practices
   (IIBP) of the project’s sector.
