Meru Teachers College invites sealed bids from qualified, eligible, competent and interested bidders for the construction of the proposed hostel block construction (PHASE 11) at Meru Teachers College.

The tender documents with further detailed information may be obtained from the Procurement Office: Meru Teachers College along Meru – Maua Road. P.O. Box 46 – 60200 Meru, Cellphone: 0717527752 during working hours from Monday to Friday, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 per set of each tender document. The fee should be paid using the college pay bill: 152672 during normal working hours and thereafter obtain an official receipt from Accounts Office.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from www.Tenders.go.ke or Meru Teachers College website free of charge.
Completed tender documents in Plain Sealed Envelopes clearly marked “Tender No: MTC/01/2024/2025.For Proposed Hostel Construction (PHASE II) should be addressed to:

Or deposited in the Tender Box at the main entrance to the administration block on or before 21st March 2025 by 10.00 a.m.
Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of applicants /representatives who choose to attend at Meru Teachers College Review room.
Late bids shall be returned unopened
