INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE FOR KERICHO COUNTY LIAISON OFFICE IN NAIROBI.
TENDER NO: CGK/EOG/T/001/2024/2025
The County Government of Kericho invites sealed tenders for lease of Office Space in
Nairobi City preferably Kileleshwa, Hurlingham or Lavington area for a Period of Three (3)
Years.
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) tender using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all eligible bidders.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs at the address given
below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders
electronically from the Website www.kericho.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.kericho.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to info@kericho.go.ke to facilitate
any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings 60,000
from a reputable Financial Institution recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya or an
Insurance Firm approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. The
security should be valid for 30 days beyond the Tender Validity period.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically Serialize/paginate the document in a sequential
manner on all pages of the tender documents submitted including all the attachments
using a numbering machine or Computer serialization in the order 1,2,3,4………n
where n is the serial number in the last page of the tender.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11.00AM 10th
April 2025 alongside the Electronically Submitted Tenders.
8. The Tender validity period shall be 147 days from the date of tender opening.
9. A levy (Public Procurement Capacity Building Levy) at the rate of 0.03%
shall be paid from the value of the signed contract, exclusive of applicable
taxes.
- A pretender conference will not be held.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
