TENDER INVITATION
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF WARD BLOCK AT LUKOLIS DISPENSARY IN TESO SOUTH CONSTITUENCY, BUSIA COUNTY.

1. Ministry of Health, State Department for Public Health and Professional Standards invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION OF WARD BLOCK AT LUKOLIS DISPENSARY IN TESO SOUTH CONSTITUENCY,
BUSIA COUNTY
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tendering method and is open to all qualified and interested Tenders.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0800 to
1700 hours at the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and obtained electronically from for the ministry website www.health.go.ke or public
procurement information portal; www.tenders.go.ke. free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward
their particulars immediately to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. Tenderers may also obtained hard copy of the
tender document from the Head of Supply Chain Management Services, Ministry of Health, State Department of Public Health and
Professional Standards, Room 514, 5th floor, Afya House, upon payment of nonrefundable fee of ksh.1000, payable at the cash
office located in the second-floor room no.218 during normal working hours from 8.00am to 5.00pm.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 126 days from the date of
opening of tenders.
6. All Tender must be accompanied by a tender security of Ksh 300,000.00 (Kenya shillings Three Hundred Thousand) from a
reputable bank approved and licensed by Central Bank of Kenya or provide a guarantee by an insurance company registered and
licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the authority.
7. The tender security shall be valid for 156 days from the date of tender opening pursuant to ITT19
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 15th April, 2025. at 11.00am. Kenya time. Electronic
Tenders shall not be permitted.

10.Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and times specified
later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
