Kenya Tea Packers Limited, (KETEPA), is the leading tea blending and packaging company in Kenya with over 50 brands including black tea, flavoured tea, green tea, purple tea, white tea, orthodox tea and herbal infusions. KETEPA wishes to engage a consultant firm to carry out a ROUTE TO MARKET [RTM) analysis.
Objective
The primary objective is to analyze and optimize the Company’s Route to Market (RTM) strategy, including determining the optimal number of sales staff and defining operational regions to achieve maximum efficiency and market penetration.
