Tom Mboya University invites sealed tenders from interested and eligible candidates for the following tenders and instructions provided here under.

Detailed tender documents may be obtained from the Procurement Office, Main Campus, Tom Mboya University during normal working hours, from Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 (Kenya Shillings One Thousand) only payable at the Tom Mboya University. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of KShs.1,300,000.00. The documents may also be viewed and downloaded for free from the University website, www.tmu.ac.ke and http://www.tenders.go.ke/ .
Tenderers who have paid are required to obtain an official receipt from the cash office at Tom Mboya University and immediately forward their particulars to the Procurement Office for records and for the purposes of receiving any further tender clarification and/or addenda. Candidates who choose to download the documents shall notify the Procurement Office immediately for record purposes by email: po@tmu.ac.ke
