INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ROOFINGIRONSHEETS FOR NEW LECTURE HALLS.
TENDER NO. TUN/OPNT/007/2024–2025 .
1. The Tharaka University invites sealed tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Roofing IronSheetsfor new Lecture Halls.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method [Open Tender] using a standardizedtender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the TenderDocuments during office hours 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers uponpayment of a non- refundable fees of (KSH.1000 ) in Banker’s Cheque and payable totheaddress given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically fromtheWebsite(www.tharaka.ac.ke.) or public procurement information portal’s website https://tenders.go.kefree of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free fromthe website(www.tharaka.ac.ke.) or public procurement information portal’s website https://tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediatelyto(procurement@tharaka.ac.ke phone no: 0714953468) to facilitate any further clarificationoraddendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of KSH.174,000
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 2
rd MAY, 2025at 12:00Noon East Africa time. Electronic Tenders, will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or anydead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of theTenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
