N/B: Hard copies will not be accepted.
Bidders MUST submit their application through the IFMIS portal not later than 29th JANUARY, 2021. Tender will be opened on, 29th JANUARY, 2021 at 10: 00 am at Tana River County Government Office in the presence of bidders or their representative who chooses to attend. Late tender will be returned unopened. The applicants must have the following qualification
The Tender Committee reserves the right to reject any tender without giving reasons for the rejection and is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender. Disadvantaged groups are encouraged to apply.
- Certified copy of registration/ incorporation Certificate
- Certified Copy of VAT/PIN certificate from KRA
- Current single business permit from Tana River County Government
- Certified Valid Tax compliance certificate from KRA
- Dully filled form of tender
- Dully filled confidential business questionnaire
- Must provide 2% bid bond from reputable institution
- Audited financial accounts for the last three (3) Years
- Minimum litigation history, (sworn affidavit to be provided
