Purchase Of Land For Solid Waste Disposal Site – County Government of Nakuru

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF NAKURU TENDER 2021 

The County Government of Nakuru invites, interested and eligible bidders for the purchase of land for solid waste management disposal site;

PURCHASE OF LAND FOR SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SITE. IN GILGIL TOWN

The parcels of land should have the following basis attributes:

1. Be well drained
2. Should be located within 5 km to 30 km from the named locality
3. Should be free from encumbrances/disputes
4. Should have title deed or certificate of lease
5. Should have clear boundaries

NOTE:

1. A seller of land which may have been used for other activities that may negatively impact on the intended use should be ready to rehabilitate the land to acceptable standards,
2. Further conditions may be prescribed upon physical evaluation of individual parcels of land

Mandatory Requirements for bidders:

Bidders are advised to submit the following documents together with a Setter expressing intention to sale land:-

1. Original Copy of search certificate [Not more than one month)
2. Copy of tittle deed or copy of certificate of lease
3. Certificate of incorporation/ Registration Certificate-for companies or registered groups
4. Copy of National Identity card for individuals
5. KRA PIN certificate.

Bids are to be received on or before Thursday 28th January, 2021 at 10.00AM.

Completed tender documents are to be submitted to the tender box located at the county headquarters so as to be received on or before Thursday, 28^th January, 2021 AT 10.00 a.m.

The opening of bids will take place immediately thereafter at the Boardroom in the presence of bidders/their representatives who choose to attend.
