Eligible Tenderers may obtain a set of documents from the Supply Chain Management Office during normal working hours, Reinsurance Plaza 3rd FLOOR, ROOM 315 between 9.00a.m and 4.00p.m on weekdays, upon payment of the non-refundable fee as indicated on the table above. Payments can be made in Bankers Cheque, Cash, or deposited in Co-operative Bank, Aga Khan Walk Account number 01141309236200 and bank slip submitted to the Accounts Department during normal working hours and obtain official receipt. Original and Complete Tender document plus one copy (Original & Copy) should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER——————————–FOR ———————-should be deposited in the TENDER BOX situated on 3rd floor, RE-INSURANCE PLAZA addressed to:-

So as to be received on or before 3rd February, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at KLRC Main Conference room, 3rd Floor, RE-INSURANCE PLAZA. Any canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification. Tenders received after the stated time or date will not be accepted.
