Supply And Delivery Of Desktop Computers – County Government of Kericho

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KERICHO TENDER 2021 

The Chief Officer, Department of Information, Communication and E-government, invites sealed bids from eligible candidates under framework Agreements for Supply and Delivery of Desktop Computers, Laptops, Printers, Network Equipment, Photocopiers for types specified to County Government for the period of two(2) years as below:

Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information from department of Information Communication and E-government or Supply Chain Management Office supplychain@kericho.go.ke and inspect the tender documents from the county website.

The tender documents may be downloaded from the county website www.kericho.go.ke free of charge.

Tenderers who wish to participate are required to send their details to suppiychain@kericho.go.ke for registration in case of an addendum.

Tender bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly labeled with the tender number, tender name, category number and be deposited in the Tender Box located at County Headquarters along Kisumu – Nakuru highway opposite Sinendet Towers on the entrance at the ground floor or be addressed to:

So as to be received on or before 9^th February, 2021 at 10.00a.m.

Bulky or large bid documents which cannot go through the slot of the Tender Box must be delivered to the office of Head Supply Chain Management Services, at County headquarters ground floor room 102 on or before 10.00 a.m. on 9th February, 2021.

Tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the County Conference Hall ground floor at County Headquarters.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the tender.

Bidders must serialize all pages of the bid document submitted.
