Xavier Project invites bids for pre-qualification of interested and eligible suppliers for various goods and services for the period of 2021/2022. We are also seeking to establish framework agreements for a period of 2 years as per the categories of goods and services listed below.
The pre-qualification documents with detailed information can be obtained from Xavier Project office, Nairobi, Wamagata Court, Kinoo road, Woodley, on weekdays between 10:00am – 4:00 pm, upon payment of a non-refundable fee Kshs 2000/- as from Friday, 5th February to Thursday, 4th March 2021.

Complete and sealed prequalification documents marked with the specific Reference Number and addressed to the Procurement Committee, Xavier Project should be deposited in the tender box at Francis Xavier Project office, Wamagata court, Woodley Estate not later than 4.00 pm on Thursday, 4th March 2021.
