Interested eligible Tenderers are requested to inspect the tender documents and obtain any clarification concerning the tender documents from the office of the head of supply chain management Samburu County Treasury Building P.O BOX 3 -20600 Maralal during working hours, Bid documents may be download free of charge from o www.samburu.go.ke , www.supplier.treasury.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke . Using IFMIS Negotiation number.
Completed tender documents must be uploaded/submitted Via GOK the IFMIS Supplier Portal Pursuant to the executive order 2 of 2018 so as to be received not later than Monday, 15th February 2021 at 10.00 am, where there is a dispute between the closing time indicated in the tender notice and the time in the IFMIS negotiation number, the time indicated in the IFMIS negotiation number shall Prevail.
Original bid security MUST be delivered at the office of Head of Supply Chain Management during office working hours only on or before the closing date and Time.
