ROTARY CLUB OF KAKAMEGA TENDER 2021 

TENDER NOTICE
  1.             Rotary Club of Kakamega, a non-profit organisation under the umbrella of Rotary International in partnership with Rotary Club of Davis, Sunrise, California, invites applications for the tenders described below from interested and eligible bidders for the following Works:

  1.             Interested bidders may bid for all the three (3) lots as long they meet the requirements.

      III.            Soft copies of a complete set of the tender documents containing all the requirements may be forwarded to any interested bidders’ official email inbox free of charge upon request.

  1.             Relevant documents can also be downloaded from the www.ewb-kenya.org website free of charge. Those who download the documents and intend to submit them are required to give their official business contacts to Rotary Club of Kakamega via ichuniwaterproject@gmail.com for purposes of receiving further clarifications/or addenda if need arises.
  2.             There will Be mandatory Pre-tender site visits as indicated above and as

described in each of the tender documents (Tender Data Sheet).

St. James Ichuni Secondary School,

Keroka, Kisii County

 so as to be received on or before Friday, 26th February, 2021 at 12.00pm.

   VII.            Candidates who wish to attend and witness the receiving and subsequent opening of the bids are hereby requested to make formal application. Regard to COVID-19 regulations, only ten (10) representatives from the interested bidders shall witness the receiving and opening of the tender documents at St. James Secondary School, Keroka, Kisii County.

 VIII.            Any bid/s received after the deadline will be rejected.

NB: Any bidder/s who may be interested in viewing the events as they happen during the opening of the bids can do so by visiting our website at www.ewb-kenya.org where a live recording of the tenders opening event will be posted.
