The County Assembly Service Board of Machakos invites sealed bids from interested and eligible contractors for the following tenders:-

Tender documents with detailed terms and conditions of application may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fees of Kshs. 1,000/= in cash or Bankers Cheque payable to the County Assembly of Machakos or downloaded from the Assembly website www.machakosassembly.com free of charge or at the IFMIS Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke (search for the bid document using the IFMIS negotiation Number).
Complete tender documents should be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the tender document so as to be received on or before Tuesday 3rd March, 2021 at 11.00 am.
There will be mandatory site visits as indicated in the bid documents which will be undertaken in adherence to the COVID-19 Ministry of Health Guidelines and Protocols.
Tender documents will be opened immediately after the tender closing date indicated above, in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Assembly board room, County hall, on Tuesday 3rd March, 2021 at 11.00 am.
