so as to be received not later than 12.00noon on Thursday 4th March, 2021 at 12.00 noon. However, due to COVID 19 pandemic, the received tender documents will be quarantined for at least 48 hours after tender closure date and time of the tender box and opening of the bids will be done on Tuesday 9th March 2021 from 8.00am at the County Assembly Hall 2.
