LAVINGTON SDA CHURCH TENDER 2021 

INVITATION TO TENDER

Lavington SDA Church invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the following Tenders:

  1. Prequalification of suppliers for the period 2021-2022 (Information on the Prequalification tender to be found on the Church website on (www.lavingtonsda.org ) Kshs 500 will be Charged for submission of the Prequalification forms through MPESA pay bill no. 897231
  2. Open Tender for Execution of Basement Structural Remedial Works as per the requirements stated below;

TENDER NO. LSDAC / NCB / WORKS / 003 / 2020 – 2021

1.1               Lavington SDA Church invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the execution of Basement Structural Remedial Works as per specification attached.

1.2               Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information on the tender documents at www.lavingtonsda.org and on www.tendersoko.com

1.3               There will be a site visit on Friday the 26th February and on Monday 1st of March at the Church basement ground

1.4               A complete bid document may be submitted by interested candidates upon payment of Kshs.5,000.00 for Remedial Cash payable through MPESA Pay bill number 897231 clearly indicating Account name: Church Remedial Works

1.5               Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs in Kenya shillings equivalent and shall remain valid for period of one (120) days from the closing date of the tender.

1.6               The tender will be evaluated strictly based on the criteria indicated in the document and no canvassing will be tolerated.

1.7               The submitted document MUST be done in order as arranged in the standard Tender document with the relevant pages Authenticated by initialing

1.8               Complete and duly signed Bids documents should be sent to Lavington SDA Church through the E-mail:procurement@lavingtonsda.org and be received on or before Wednesday 13th March, 2021 at 11:00 A.M East Africa Time.

1.9               Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who confirms participation by paying the bid amount and choose to attend via Zoom platform on the date and time specified in 1.7 above.
