Interested and eligible contractors may download tender documents from County Government of Lamu Website www.lamu.go.ke ,www.tenders.go.ke or the IFMIS supplier portal free of charge.

Completed tender documents MUST be submitted through IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL (No manual submissions): http://supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before 17th March 2021 at 11:00 am EAT and time indicated in the IFMIS portal. The system will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing as indicated in the IFMIS portal.

All document(s) must be paginated in the format (1, 2, 3, 4….)

Bidders MUST scan and upload a copy of original bid security to the IFMIS portal so as to be received on or before 17th March, 2021 at 11:00 am and opening will take place immediately at The COUNTY GOVERNMENT HEADQUARTERS BOARDROOM MOKOWE.

Prices quoted must be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for (120) days from the closing date of the tender.

NOTE: Bidders who experience challenges in accessing or uploading tender documents in the IFMIS portal should contact the IFMIS helpdesk 0800721477 at The National Treasury or contact County Supply Chain Management Services office located at the County Treasury.
