1.2         Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents in the procurement portal www.tenders.go.ke.

1.3          Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Reference Number and be deposited in the Tender Box at JUJA NG-CDF OFFICE or be addressed to The Fund Account Manager, JUJA Constituency, P. O. Box 706-01001,Kalimoni so as to be received on or before 18^th March, 2021 10.30 am.

1.4         Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for Ninety (120) days from the closing date of the tender

1.5         Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at JUJA NG-CDF Office Boardroom.

a.    Certified copy of certificate of Business Registration/ Incorporation.

b.    Certified copy Tax Compliance Certificate.

c.    Certified copy of KRA Pin Certificate.

d.    Certified copy of CR12 and copies of ID’s for the Directors.

e.    Certified copy of registration certificate with NCA (National Construction Authority) for building.

f.     Audited financial accounts report for the last two (2) years (signed and stamped).

g.    Attach Proof of similar works of the similar magnitude.

h.    Attach required equipment and personnel.
