Kenya Safari Lodges & Hotels Limited hereby invites interested and eligible suppliers to submit sealed bids for the following tender:-

Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions of the tender are available to be viewed and downloaded at the Company website www.safari-hotels.com or PPIP website www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Bidders who download the document from this website must forward their email contacts immediately for registration to tenders@kenya-safari.co.ke  to allow for tender clarification and addenda to be sent to them.

The bids, the original and one copy, in plain sealed envelopes bearing the name and reference no. of the bid, but without indication of the bidders name, should be deposited in the Tender Box at the front office lobby of Mombasa Beach Hotel, Links Road, Nyali Estate, Mombasa Or should be addressed and mailed to:

Tenders will be open in the Conference Room of the Hotel immediately thereafter
