Provision of Security Services – NACOSTI

NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION (NACOSTI) TENDER 2021 

1. The National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation now invites bids from eligible bidders for the mentioned tender as below:

2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates on the National Commission for Science Technology and Innovation website-www.nacosti.go.ke.
3. The date of Publication in the website for the tender for Provision of Security Services will be on 13th April, 2021 and closing/opening date will be on 27^th April, 2021 at 10.00 am.
4. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from the office of the Head, Supply Chain Manage­ment Services, National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation, NACOSTI Building, Upper Kabete Road, 1st Floor Room 101 P.O Box 30623 – 00100, NAIROBI, during normal working hours.
5. Completed tender documents shall be received in hard copy. One Original Tender document and One Copy of the tender document.
6. Bids must be delivered to the office of the Deputy Director, Supply Chain Management Unit, NACOSTI Build­ing, Upper Kabete Road, 1st Floor Room 101 P.O Box 30623 – 00100, NAIROBI.
7. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and the tender for Provision of Security Services must be accompanied by a bid security of Kenya Shillings of Sixty Thousand (Kshs. 60,000). The bid security shall be in the form of a bank guarantee and must be from a reputable bank supervised by Central Bank in Kenya or PPRA approved insurance firm.
8. Site visit for the tender on Provision of Security Services will be on 19^th April, 2021 from 10.00 am.
9. Bids will be opened at 10.00 am Local Time on 27th April, 2021 at the 1st Floor Conference Room of:
