Interested bidders can download the tender document from the county government of Tana river website(www.tanarivercounty.go.ke) and or from IFMIS tender portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke   using the negotiation number above for each tender.

The tenderers who may experience challenges in accessing and uploading their tenders in the IFMIS Supplier Portal should contact the IFMIS help desk (Tel: 0800721477] at the National treasury or contact procurement office at the county headquarters.

The applicants must have the following qualification:

  • Certificate of incorporation
  • Dully filled form of tender
  • Valid tax compliance certificate
  • 2% Bid bond (bid sum] from a reputable Bank/lnsurance.
  • Current valid business permit.
  • Dully filled confidential business questionnaire.
  • CR12 Certificate
  • Dully filled self-declaration form

Bids must be submitted through IFMIS supplier portal not later than 29th April 2021. The tender opening process will be on 29th April 2021 at 10:00am in the County Director of procurements Office in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Bids submitted later than the closing date will be disqualified.
