Proposed construction of TALA Police Station – Matungulu NG-CDF

i. Provide certified copies of certificate of incorporation in the name of the company.

ii. Attach valid NCA Certificate for category 5 and above and valid practicing license.

iii. Provide copies of KRA PIN, VAT certificate and valid tax compliance certificate.

iv. Copy of CR12. /Company Act and a detailed company profile showing names and details of directors.

v.   Valid Single Business Permit

vi. Submit a Bid Bond of kshs 300,000.00 from a recognized Bank or Authorized Insurance firm by the PPRA.

vii.           Details and evidence of experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last three years giving certificates of practical completion and details of clients who may be contacted for further information.

viii.         Tender form and confidential business questionnaire must be fully filled by authorized person.

ix. Provide proof of major items of construction equipment to carry out the proposed works.

x.   Provide qualifications and experience of key site management and technical personnel and an undertaking that they shall be available for the proposed works.

xi. Provide evidence of adequacy of working capital for the proposed works (access to credit and availability of other financial resources).

xii.           Pre-site visit shall be held on Thursday 15th April 2021 at 10.30am at the Tala Police Station Compound.

xiii.         Serialization of the document

Complete set of detailed tender documents may be obtained physically at Matungulu NG-CDF during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 through the NG-CDF office Tala.

Completed tender documents must be enclosed in a plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the reference number and tender name in the Tender Box at the NG-CDF office be addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the NGCDF Boardroom in the presence of tenderers or their representative who choose to attend.

Prices quoted must be inclusive of all taxes and should remain valid for 120 days from the date of tender.
