- Technical and Financial proposal, clearly marked in separate envelopes and should be deposited in the tender box located in Laikipia county government office opposite Nanyuki Mall on or before the dates indicated above at 12.00pm. Late bids will be rejected.
- The number of copies of tender document to be returned shall be 1 original and 2 copies clearly marked “Original” and “Copies”
- Bidders who indicate their financial proposals in the technical proposals shall be treated as non-responsive.
- The document should be well arranged and serialized.
- Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kshs. 1,000,000.00 in the form of Cash Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Company Guarantee or a Letter of Credit valid for 180 Days from the tender closing date.
- Technical proposals will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the Procurement Office, County Treasury Compound, NANYUKI.
