Tender documents containing detailed specifications can be downloaded from the NHIF Website www.nhif.or.ke and from the Public Procurement Information Portal website www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender documents and intend to submit a bid are required to submit their contact details to tenders@nhif.or.ke .

All clarifications and/or addenda will be published on the NHIF website and tenderers are required to regularly visit the NHIF website within the bidding period.

The completed bids in plain sealed envelopes marked with their tender reference number and tender name shall be deposited in the tender box located at NHIF Building, 7th floor should be addressed to:

The tenders will close on Thursday 13th May 2021 at 10:00am and immediately thereafter opened at the NHIF Auditorium 2nd floor at the NHIF Building in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
