Provision of Comprehensive staff Medical Insurance Cover – KMTC

KENYA MEDICAL TRAINING COLLEGE TENDER 2021 

The Kenya Medical Training College intends to Procure Insurance Brokerage Services for the financial years 2021/2022 to 2022/2023 under the following categories:

Tender documents with full service specifications can be obtained from the KMTC HQRS first floor – Procure­ment office, upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand (Kshs.1,000/=) in bank­ers cheque. Cash is strictly not acceptable. However, the same can also be viewed and downloaded from website www.kmtc.ac.ke or http://tenders.go.ke at no cost. Bidders who download documents from the website should register their tenders at KMTC HQRS, Procurement Office during normal working hours.

Completed tender documents, in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the above tender numbers and bearing no indications of the sender, must be submitted in the manner described in the Tender documents and addressed to: –

and be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Entrance of the KMTC (HQRS) Administration Block Nairobi, on or before 18^th and 19^th May, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. respectively and must be accompanied by a tender security of the above stated amounts from a reputable Bank or Approved Insurance Company. Self providing bid security shall NOT be accepted.

Prices quoted must be net (V.A.T. inclusive) expressed in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender, while the accompanying Tender Security shall be valid for 150 days. Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the Old graduation square where the Government Guidelines on Covid -19 shall fully be adhered to.
