Interested bidders must meet all the conditions as indicated in the tender document for each category and can view and download the documents free of charge from the County website www.nyeri.go.ke.

Bidders MUST submit a hard copy of their bid in plain sealed envelopes with the tender number clearly marked and bearing no indication of the identity of the tenderer and should be addressed to:

And placed in the Tender Box located at the Governor’s Office Ground floor of P.O Box 1112 – 10100, Nyeri sent by post to reach the above address on or before 12th May 2021 at 10:00 AM.

NB: Bidders with ongoing contracts with County Government of Nyeri which are incomplete and/or stalled, and the validity of reason for such stoppage is not documented with the County Government will not be considered. Submitted tender documents shall be opened publicly soon after the above stated closing date and time in the County Secretary’s Boardroom, in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend, in adherence to measures put in place to stop the spread of Covid-19. Late bids shall not be accepted or opened.
