Interested and eligible candidates should download the tender document from the Ministry’s website www.ict.go.ke free of charge.
Interested eligible contractors may obtain further information from Ministry of ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs, State Department for ICT and Innovation, Head of Supply Chain Management Services, Teleposta Towers on 8th
Floor or through email address: ictprocurement@information.go.ke from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays from 0800 to 1700 hours.
Completed serialized/paginated tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly labeled with the tender number, tender name and lot must be submitted and deposited in the tender box located on the 8th floor corridor and be addressed to: The Principal Secretary, State Department of ICT & Innovation P.O. Box 30025-00100 Nairobi, so as to be received on or before the closing/opening time.
Bulky or large bid documents which cannot go through the slot of the Tender Box must be delivered to the office of Head Supply Chain Management Services, Telposta Towers, 8th floor so as to be received on or before the closing/ opening time.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the 9th floor boardroom at Telposta Towers.
All candidates whose applications will have been received before the closing date and time will be advised in due course, of the results of their applications. Bidders are also advised to visit the Ministry’s website regularly for updates
N/B: Bidders can ONLY PARTICIPATE / TENDER IN ONE LOT.
Bidders are notified that there will be a Pre-Bid meeting on 24th May 2021 at 10:00 am to be held at Telposta Towers 9th floor Boardroom. A pre-Bid Survey will follow thereafter on 24th and 25th May, 2021.
Tenderers who shall submit tenders in MORE than one (1) lot shall be disqualified.
The Government reserves the right to reject any tender giving reasons for the rejection and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
