Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a 3M3/HR DUPLEX reverse osmosis treatment plant – Wildlife Clubs of Kenya

WILDLIFE CLUBS OF KENYA TENDER 2021 

Wildlife Clubs of Kenya invites tenders from eligible and qualified companies with relevant experience to submit their bids for the following works and services:

Interested bidders may be obtained a set of tender documents upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1000 at the Wildlife Clubs of Kenya headquarters, Langata road, next to Bomas of Kenya during working hours.

Interested bidders, should note that only those who meet the criteria indicted below as minimum requirement supported by the relevant documents as at the time of submission will be considered for further evaluation.

1.             Company registration with the relevant authorities
2.             Copy of P.I.N certificate

      iii.            Valid tax compliance certificate

1.             Proof of similar work and their value undertaken in the last three years [Attach Completion Certificates]
2.             The tenderer should not have any litigation history there before
3.             A list of ongoing similar projects, their value,, location, contact person and status.

Completed tender documents with the official receipt for the fee paid attached are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender name and number, addressed or delivered to:

And should be deposited at the tender box at the Wildlife Clubs of Kenya headquarters, so as to reach the above signed on or before 7th June, 2021 at 10.00 am.

Received Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend in the WCK Hall.
