REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CONTRACTORS FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2021 2022 & 2023

TAVEVO Water and Sewerage Company limited is a water service provider incorporated by an Act of Parliament Cap 486 of 2002 to provide clean potable water and sewerage services to the resident of Taita-Taveta County. The company now invites sealed applications from qualified, competent and eligible candidates for registration of suppliers, service providers and contractors for financial year 2021-2022 & 2023 for a period of two (2) years.

Detailed information and Registration documents containing detailed instructions and requirements may be viewed and downloaded from our website www.tavevowater.co.ke free of charge. Applicants who download registration documents shall email their names, contacts details and tender number to procurement(S) www.tavevowater.co.ke and for registration purposes before the application closing date THURSDAY, 10TH JUNE, 2021 at 11.00 AM. Further, all applicants are advised to visit the website regularly to check any updates or addenda that may be issued. Those wishing to be registered in more than one category will be required to download additional registration documents for each category.

Completed Registration documents shall be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with “REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CONTRACTORS FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2021-2022 & 2023 and CATEGORY NUMBER and be deposited at our Tender Box situated at the Boardroom Block or be posted to the addressed indicated below:

To be received on or before THURSDAY, 10TH JUNE, 2021 at 11.00 AM. Registration Documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of representatives who choose to attend the opening at TAVEVO Water and Sewerage Company Limited headquarter Offices, Sophia Road Opposite Ministry of Agriculture Offices.

Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification,
