All clarifications and /or amendments will be published in the KWS website and tenderers are required to check for any addendums or amendments in the course of the bidding period prior to the closing date.
Bidders with ongoing works with KWS that have not been substantially completed will not be eligible for bidding in these tenders and will be disqualified.
Bidders are also advised to bid for ONLY ONE (1) tender for the Construction of Fence Guard Posts; Supply of Electric Fence Materials; and Supply of Wooden posts respectively.
The completed bids in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with tender reference number and tender name, shall be submitted to:

By depositing into the Tender Box located at the entrance of Main Reception, KWS Headquarters, Langata Road P.O. Box 4024100100, Nairobi on or before 15 June 2021 at 12:00 Noon.
The tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders representatives who wish to attend at KWS Conference Room.
