REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) is established by an Act of Parliament with a
primary mandate of providing quality policy advice to the Government of Kenya, private sector and development
partners by conducting objective research and analysis and through capacity building in order to contribute to the
achievement of national long-term development objectives by positively influencing the decision-making processes.
KIPPRA invites Proposals from reputable, experienced firms / companies / agencies for the purpose of selection of
the following consultancy services.

Interested Eligible candidates may obtain the RFP documents from the KIPPRA offices on 7th floor Bishops Garden
Towers during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. – 5.00p.m.
RFP documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kippra.org or
www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
supplychain@kippra.or.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
All clarifications and/or addendums shall be uploaded in the KIPPRA’s website and www.kippra.org.
Complete RFP documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “RFP REFERENCE
NUMBER——————————–FOR ———————- should be deposited in the TENDER BOX situated on
7th floor, Bishops Garden Towers. Large documents that cannot fit in the tender box shall be registered at the Supply
Chain Management office located on 7th floor Bishops Garden Towers. The tender documents should be addressed
