Kipkebe Limited, a subsidiary of Sasini PLC, is situated in Nyamira County. It owns four tea estates and two tea factories within the region. It has over 25,000 registered tea farmers spread across Nyamira, Kisii, Kericho and Bomet counties. We collect green leaf from the farmers, for processing in our factories.
Objective:
The Company is inviting interested parties to offer their bids for the provision of transport services for green leaf from our registered farmers spread across Nyamira, Kisii, Kericho and Bomet counties to the factories. Preferred mode of transport is 3 – 4 ton load trucks.
Interested parties should download tender document from the website [www.sasini.co.ke] upon payment of non-refundable fees of Kes 2,000.00 through Paybill number 538192.
Bids should be sent by Registered Mail to the undernoted address, OR Courier OR Hand delivered and deposited in the tender box at the entrance of Kipkebe Factory Administration block. Tender documents, in sealed envelope should be superscribed boldly with the words “Transport of Tea Green Leaf”, to be received on or before 20th December 2023 at 4.30 p.m. Tenders will be opened on 22nd December 2023.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
Successful bidders will be contacted through their telephone contact numbers within seven [7] days after the closing date.
