INVITATION TO TENDER
BUDALANGI FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT IN BUSIA COUNTY
(Mudimbia Village) – NWHSA/ONT/003/2024-2025
1. The National Water Harvesting & Storage Authority invites sealed tenders for the construction of:
Budalangi Flood Control Project in Busia County (Mudimbia Village)
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method [Open National Tender] using a standardized
tender document.
Tendering is ONLY open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with
The National Treasury & Planning under the AGPO (Youth Category).
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.] at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be may be obtained electronically from the Website (s)
www.waterauthority.go.ke OR www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@waterauthority.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tendersshall be quoted be inKenya Shillings and shall include all taxes.Tendersshallremain valid for(133) days
fromthe date of opening oftenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a duly filled, signed and stamped Tender-Securing Declaration form
provided in the tender document.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 8.30 a.m. on 5th December, 2024.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
