CALL FOR BIDS FOR CONSULTANT IN GREEN SALES TRAINING & QUALITY MANAGEMENT

The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ] GmbH, is a federal owned international cooperation enterprise that implements German development policy objectives around the world. Under the Employment Promotion for Women for the Green Transformation in Africa(WE4D] Kenya seeks Green Sales Training & Quality Management Consultants as service providers to support one of its projects; “Women In Sales for a Green Future ’ in provision of services relating to:

Sales ToT and Green Technical training: this entails an approach to capacity building trainers in proficiency, skills and knowledge in delivering training to beneficiaries based on an updated green sales curriculum. In addition, having specific training slots (class sessions] with the project beneficiaries in close coordination with the other trainers from our joint partner for this project.

Sales Capacity Building for Green & Greening Companies: this comprises undertaking a needs assessment in collaboration with our project joint partner, ensuring a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements faced by onboarded companies with regards to their sales structures and greening initiatives. Subsequently, crafting a tailored training program, meticulously designing the curriculum and developing content that addresses identified needs and aligns with industry best practices and standards. It is expected high-quality sales training sessions will be delivered to the companies providing the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to thrive in the green sector. This ensures that the training provided is both relevant and impactful.

Coordination and Quality Assurance of the training: this involves a thorough evaluation process to maintain the effectiveness and relevance of the training program in relation to the greening of sales training areas. This includes assessing the delivery of training topics ensuring effectiveness and engagement and implementing feedback mechanism to gather input for continuous improvement.

Mentorship of beneficiaries: working closely with our joint partner for this project to support beneficiaries growth in their sales careers. This component involves providing personalized guidance and support to trainees which include one-on-one sessions.
