ITT: KEN/GE/2203 – CIVIL UPGRADE WORKS OF THE FORWARD MOUNTING BASE KITCHEN, NYATI BARRACKS, NANYUKI
The UK MOD hereby invites Tenderers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) in receiving an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for upgrade civil works in the Forward Mounting Base (FMB) Kitchen, building 54, Nyati Barracks. The Authority requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the upgrade works in accordance to Approved documents F&H, JSP 850, CDM 2015 regulations and HASAW1974.
The Estimated Contract Value is £75K.
Expression of Interest (EOI)
Expressions of Interest should be submitted formally by e-mail to the Works Contract Officer (WCO) at ajibola.Iaogun307@mod.gov.uk by 1000hrs 18 Jul 22.
A Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire (PQQ) will be issued and used to down select the number of potential tenderers to 5. The potential tenderers will be required to meet a minimum score specified in the PQQ.
Tender Issue and Bidders Conference
Selected tenderers will be issued with ITT documentation on 12 Aug 2022 and will be invited to attend a Bidders Conference on the 22 Aug 2022 at Nyati Barracks. This is the sole opportunity for tenderers to visit the site. The conference is limited to a maximum of 2 personnel from each company.
Evaluation Criteria
The evaluation criteria for determining the Commercial Solution will be Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) using the Value for Money Index (VFM Index).
Potential Bidders will be required to meet the minimum technical and commercial requirements as stated in the ITT.
