The Deputy County Commissioner Nyakach Sub County wishes to invite tender from eligible contractors for the following works

The interested bidders are required to have the following
- Certified certificate of registration
- Valid KRA pin certificate
- Valid tax compliance certificate
- Valid NCA certificate
- AGPO certificate for firms belonging to the youth, women and persons with disability
- Proof of completed similar works
- Recent audited Accounts and bank statements for the last six months
- 2% bid bond of tender sum
The tender document are obtainable from the Sub County Supply Chain Management office during working hours upon payment of non-refundable one thousand shillings (Ksh. 1000.00) only to the Sub County treasury Nyakach Sub County.
The completed tender document sealed in plain envelope and marked with the tender number are to be deposited in the tender box at the entrance of the Deputy County Commissioner’s office Nyakach Sub County not later than 28-2-2022 10.00 A.M. The tender will be opened on the same date and time in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
