The Homa Bay County Assembly invites sealed tender documents from eligible interested bidders for the provision of hospitality services.

Tender Document can be obtained from Public Procurement information Portal (PPIP) website www.tenders.go.ke free of charge or County Assembly website: www.homabayassembly.go.ke All clarifications or addendums will be posted on the Homa Bay County Assembly website and any request for clarifications must be made in writing.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 150 days from the closing date of the tender.
Complete tender documents shall be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL www.supplier.treasury.go.ke and we shall not accept hard copy. The tender closes on Wednesday 15th December 2021 at 11:00 am in the e-platform.
Documents shall thereafter be opened immediately after the closing time, tenders will be opened and evaluated electronically, thus tenders or representatives would not be required during the opening.
