NG-CDF -NORTH MUGIRANGO CONSTITUENCY TENDER OCTOBER 2023 

North Mugirango National Government Constituency Development Fund Committee -Invites sealed tenders from interested eligible Building Contractors for Construction and Completion of Tuition Block-Phase II at Ikonge Primary School as below:-

Interested Bidders must provide documentary evidence of the following;

The following MUST be submitted:-

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. a)Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
2. b)Copy of current Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
3. c)Copy of VAT/Pin Registration Certificate
4. d)Certified copy of Registration with National Construction Authority(NCA]
5. e)Valid Business Permit Certified by Commissioner for Oaths
6. f)Pre-site visit Certificate
7. g)2% Bid Bond in form of guarantee acceptable under PPADA 2015

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Contractors MUST also submit sufficient information in the following areas to enable the client evaluate their suitability:-

1. a)Proof of previous similar works
2. b)Equipment holding
3. c)Professional and Technical Personnel
4. d)Turnover and liquid assets supported by Audited Accounts for the last two years .
5. e)Litigation history- Provide sworn affidavit
6. f)Dully filled Confidential Business Questionnaire
7. g)Current work load
8. h)Current valid Certificate of CR12

Complete set of detailed tender documents shall be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1000.00 [One Thousand Shillings] to North Mugirango Government Constituency Development Fund Account No.0520262112242-Equlty Bank, Nyamira Branch per set of bid documents at the NGCDF-North Mugirango office during working hours.

Bid documents in plain sealed envelopes bearing the tender number on the right hand corner but without indicating the bidder name should be placed in the tender box situated at the entrance to the Fund Manager’s office or sent to the address below so as to reach on or before 23^rd  October 2023 at 10.30am. The pre-site visit shall be conducted on Wednesday 18^th  October 2023 and bidders will assemble at North Mugirango NGCDF offices Ekerenyo from 10.30am then will proceed to the site.

Submitted bids will be opened immediately thereafter tender closing time at the same venue in the presence of bidders/ representatives who may choose to attend.

Late bids will not be accepted and price quoted must be inclusive of all government duties & taxes and remain valid for the entire validity period of 120days from closing date.
