A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of one thousand (Kshs 1000) only either in bankers cheque or cash payable to JOMVU NG-CDF office during normal working hours
Price quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for (90) days from the date of opening the tender
Those interested must meet the following mandatory requirements which should be supported by certified copies of requisite documents during submission for further evaluation:-
- Copy of Business Registration/lncorporation
- Copy of PIN/ VAT Registration certificate
- Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Must provide BID Bond of 2% of the bid price in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank or approved insurance company by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
- Valid CR12 from registrar of companies and copy of Identification cards of the company Directors. For sole proprietors to Attach copy of the directors ID only.
- Valid National Construction Authority (NCA) building and construction category NCA 7 and above and active annual practicing license.
- Duly filled, Signed and Stamped form of tender
- Duly filled, Signed and Stamped Business Questionnaire
- MUST serialize all pages of the tender document by Numbering machine
- For tender Number JMV NG-CDF/017/2019/2020 should attach NCA 7 and above electrical category and active annual practicing license
In addition, interested bidders must show proof of the following:-
- Key technical staff with their qualifications
- Proof of adequate Equipment holding
- Audited accounts for the last two (2) years (2018,2019)
- Bank statement in the company name for the last six months and Bank credit line
- Similar works magnitude and complexity undertaken in the last three years
- Litigation history for both court and arbitration cases
- Anti-corruption and Non-debarment declarations
- Copy of receipt ;
Complete set of tender documents, in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the respective Tender Number, Description and bearing the name of the Tender addressed to:
