The Government of Kenya through the Ministry of Interior and Co-ordination of National Government, State Department of Interior and Citizen Services wishes to invite eligible, reputable and competent bidders for the listed works within Turkana County.

Interested bidders to meet the following conditions that are mandatory for participation amidst others as may be stipulated in the tender documents.
- Registration certificate /Certificate of incorporation
- Current and valid tax Compliance Certificate.
- Current county Government Business Permit.
- C.R 12 Certificate.
- Proof of financial ability.
- Evidence of similar works.
- Company Profile with Personnel and Equipment.
- Current and Valid N.C.A certificate and Practicing license.
In addition interested bidders must show proof of the following
- a)Bank account for in the name of the company -attach bank statement.
- b)Adequate equipment for the same work or attach evidence of ability to hire.
- c)Key technical staff to be engaged-attach documents
- d)Evidence of similar works in the last 3 years.
Those with interest to pick tender documents from County Procurement offices located at the County Commissioner’s office in Lodwar in Turkana County during working hours upon payment of nonrefundable Kshs 2000/=ONLY.
Complete tender documents in duplicate are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender name and reference number to be addressed to ^

And be deposited in the tender Box at Turkana county Commissioner’s office Lodwar so as to be received on or before …27 JANUARY,2022 at 12.00 PM
And thereafter tender opening will be done in the presence of bidders or their representatives who will wish to attend. Late bids will be returned un opened.
The committee reserves the right to accept or reject a bid in part or whole without explanation.
