The Government of Kenya has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Water and Sanitation Development Project (WSDP).

Malindi Water & Sewerage Company Limited now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for;

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 hours to 1600 hours from Monday to Friday excluding lunch hour (1300 to 1400hours) and public holidays.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs 2,000.00 in cash or banker’s cheque payable to Malindi Water & sewerage Co.Ltd or May be downloaded for free from Malindi Water and Sewerage Co.Ltd websitewww.malindiwater.co.ke and immediately email the firm’s name and contacts details to info@malindiwater.co.ke  or malindlwater6@gmail.com  for records and communication for any tender clarifications or addenda.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Reference Number and deposited in the Tender Box next to Finance Manager’s Office, Malindi Water and Sewerage Co.Ltd along Maji road opposite County Assembly of Kilifi at the address below so as to be received on the dates as indicated in the table above.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
