MOI GIRLS SECONDARY SCHOOL-KAMANGU TENDER 2021 

Moi Girls Secondary School-Kamangu invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the listed constructor works below

Interested eligible candidates may obtain a complete set of tender document from school’s procurement office and pay a non- refundable fee of Kshs. 5,000/-. Must meet the following mandatory requirement as outlined in the tender document

1. a)Attach a bid bond of 2% of the tender sum from a bank/approved financial institution
2. b)Attach a copy of Tax compliance certificate
3. c)Attach the current copy of the CR12
4. d)Attach a copy of valid registration certificate with NCA category 8 and above
5. e)Attach valid annual practicing licenses for the above NCA certificates
6. f)Have a dully filled, signed and stamped form of tender and confidential business questionnaire
7. g)Have certified audited accounts and bank statements for the last three years
8. h)Have all the pages of the bid document serialized/paginated
9. i)Attach a copy of the official receipt for purchase of tender document.

Duly complete tender documents must be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and tender name and deposited in the tender box situated at schools’ procurement’s office So as to be received on or before Monday 3^rd May 2021 at 10.30am.

Opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter at the schools’ boardroom in presence of firm’s representatives who choose to attend.
