MINISTRY OF INTERIOR AND COORDINATION OF NATIONAL GOVERNMENT TENDER NOVEMBER 2021 

COUNTY COMMISSIONER TURKANA COUNTY-LOIMA SUBCOUNTY 

The details of tender are as follows:

Tenderers may inspect and obtain a complete set of tender document upon payment of nonrefundable fee during normal working hours of Kenya Shillings Two Thousand (2,000/=) only in cash paid to Sub County Accountant and issued with receipt which should be attached to bid documents..

Interested tenderers who meet the following mandatory requirements supported by certified copies of requisite documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

1. Provide certificate of incorporation
2. Provide valid National Construction Authority(NCA) Certificate under categories NCA 6 and above.
3. Provide PIN/VAT registration certificate
4. Provide valid tax compliance certificate
5. Must provide a bid bond and performance bond of ksh 100,000 which must remain valid for 120 days(After the expiry of tender period) in form of bank guarantee from reputable bank or approved insurance by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
6. Duly filled form of tender
7. Duly filled confidential business questionnaire
8. Valid CR 12 from registrar of companies.

In addition interested bidders must show proof of the following:

1. a)Bank account in the name of company(Attach six months bank statement)
2. b)Adequate equipment holding for the same work.
3. c)Key technical staff to be engaged.
4. d)Work of similar magnitude and completely unsertaken in last three years.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender name and refer­ence number and deposited in the tender box at Turkana County Commissioners Office lodwar or to P.O Box 1 -30500 Lodwar so as to be received on or before 8^th  December 2022 at 10.00 AM and there after tender opening.
