• Attach certified copy of Business Registration/Incorporation;

• Attach certified copy of VAT Registration Certificate;

• Attach certified copy of current and valid Tax Compliance Certificate;

• Attach certified copy of valid national construction authority (NCA) certificate (building works)under category NCA 7 and above for

the reserved tenders and NCA 6 and above for open tenders;

• Attach valid certificate of registration for disadvantaged groups (AGPO) for the reserved tenders;

• Certified copy of audited financial report from a reputable firm for the last two years;

• Certified copy of CR12 with copies of directors ID;

• Completely filled in and stamped ,confidential business questionnaire, form of tender and serialized tender document;

• Proof of similar work of similar magnitude;

• Detailed company profile showing adequate relevant equipment (owned or lease) and qualified personnel.

Duly completed documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the category number (Tender no.) item and name of the company of the
