CONSTRUCTION OF DECENTRALIZED TREATMENT FACILITY IN TIMAU MUNICIPALITY MERU COUNTY
Meru County Rural Water and Sanitation Services Company Limited (MERUWASCO) invites sealed bids
from eligible Contractors, for the above mentioned Works. Interested candidates may obtain further
information from and inspect the tender document from MERUWASCO website

1.1. Interested contractors shall download the tender document from the website freely, and MUST
forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to
meruwasco@gmail.com ;
1.2. Completed tender documents must be submitted, delivered & deposited in the tender box
located at the reception of the MERUWASCO Meru headquarter adjacent to National Police
Service , Directorate of Criminal Investigations Headquarter offices and addressed to: THE
MANAGING DIRECTOR, MERU COUNTY RURAL WATER AND SANITATION SERVICES
COMPANY LIMITED P.O. BOX 467-60200 MERU on or before 18
TH SEPTEMBER 2024
at 10.00 A.M. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be
expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 126 days from the closing
date of the tender;

NOTE: Late submission of tender documents will not be accepted. The contractors or their representatives who will be
submitting their tender documents are encouraged to attend tender opening process which will take place within the
procurement section immediately after 10.00AM on 18TH SEPTEMBER 2024.
