| TENDER NOTICE |
The Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) is a state corporation established under Act 2007, with the responsibility of management, development, rehabilitation and mail Roads.
The Authority hereby invites bids from eligible construction companies for the following Tenders to be financed by the Government of Kenya through the Development and Fuel Levy Budget for FY 2020/2021.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and consequently the Directives issued by our Ministry of Health, here shall be no PRE-TENDER Site Visits. However, bidders are encouraged to make personal agreements to acquaint themselves with the Site before submission of their bids.
Detailed information on the tenders will be available for downloading FREE of Authority’s Website www.kerra.go.ke with effect from 29th January, 2021.
The sealed bids MUST be submitted to the addresses indicated in the Long Advert o respective Tender Boxes on or before the submission dates indicated in the long advert by 11.00 a.m.
Opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter (from the respective dates and time given in the long advert) in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing date and time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.
