INVITATION TO TENDER
CONSTRUCTION OF ECDE CLASSES
GMC/ESSW/OT/003/2021/2022
1. The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MACHAKOS invites online bids for the construction of ECDE CLASSES WITHIN MACHAKOS COUNTY.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
In case tender is subject to multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots”.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information from the IFMIS website.

4. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.supplier.treasury.go.ke or ifmis.treasury.go.ke or public procurement information portal or https://machakosgovernment.co.ke ). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (nzilani.beriter@gmail .com, 07233930452, 1996-9100 Machakos) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (90) days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid bond of Kenya Shillings one hundred thousand shillings only(ksh. 100,000.00)
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through the website www.supplier.treasury.go.ke or ifmis.treasury.go.ke or public procurement information portal on or before [10th MAY 2022].
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be opened online.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
